Well I like to think that I do....
All I can say is courage is something you learn over time without even noticing. It takes courage to face your everyday demons so I think you don't need advice on that. But as for confidence ...just know that you are ALL you've got. People switch up on a daily, people leave, people die ; people change. You are the only person you have so make sure you love that person that you are. If you love yourself you'll be much more confident in yourself.
