I do it because I want to be healthy and it's not just to look good it's so I feel confident in myself and so I don't feel so tired and wingy all the time, it's for health really and skin and stuff like that and I don't feel bloated all the time and if I want to be confident in myself then I'm going to do what I want and how I want to feel
