Well, what you do is you grab the cupcake out of the oven then you grasp the bottom of the cupcake and with your index finger you push into the cupcake and if you can insert your finger through without it breaking then its cook. Also when you take your finger back out if there is any goo that means it is uncooked so you gotta take out your finger and put in back in the oven until it is ready for your mouth to eat....
