I think they need to know how loved they actually are. I will always be here for anyone who needs help. or to be cheered up. I think that it is bad to take that out on your self, and do it to yourself. but if it helps you cope then thats okay. but i don't encourage it. there are better ways to cope rather than cutting. get help, and you may find that you'll be a lot happier. <3
