I realise that:-) but some people aren't actually sick.. there's a difference between being sick and just feeling sorry for yourself all the time and being a sook. I was once unhappy yes, I had my reasons but I look back now and realise I'm so lucky and have so much to be happy about. what I meant by "negativity" is that some people are just negative about everything, they don't even try. sometimes people get sad or feel miserable but it doesn't mean you have to bring others down with you and just complain, if you actually can't help being not being happy go see someone, don't put all of it on Facebook etc etc u feel
