I train 5 times a week, run 3 times a week and take a core strengthening class once a week. I cycle around 2-4kms daily, I also do all of my shoulder and back rehabilitation daily. The rehab includes shoulder, scapula, back, leg and core strengthening exercises. I have also started paying more attention to when, how and what I eat. Also I drink a lot of water :)) I'm still working on my body though as I'm still not fully happy with it. I'm sure your body is amazing.
