What do you do, in particular what exercise to keep fit?
Well, it depends. During holidays I go all out and do a proper two hour exercise every day (almost), except during the summer where I have one week of full on exercise 4 hours a day. The exercises I mainly do is cardio (running, bike, intensity training), abs (sit-ups and variations of that), butt ( squats and pulses) and legs (inner thigh toning). Don't forget to stretch! Exercise is pointless if you don't stretch before and after!
