I must say though, his fixation on drugs should never have been the topic for a poem. Your portrayal of somebody you loved (and probably still do love) should never point out their flaws, even though you may not be together anymore.

Donnel, you used to be so vibrant, chilled and funny. Now you are very (don't know how to say) but like saying you will never love someone and that. that breaks my heart.
Because people drift away, just as I think that we're getting close. Let's take this qooh of yours for example:
Chances are, you were like the milk to my tea, but then gradually you got bored of me, so your conversation became less and less enchanting with time. I went from an everyday type of thing, to sometimes type of thing. And it always happens that way, regardless of who it is.
So as a result, I don't invest myself in the loving sense, because I just know. My hearts like glass, and I don't want to give it to anybody because I fear they'll drop it, because that's what people do.
