Just don't be sober, whether its getting high,drinking,etc- I think that helps the most. (In my opinion anyway) Idk, listen to music, go to sleep, talk to someone, go outdoors, think of things that would calm you down/relax you (reading,having a bath, putting candles around your room,drawing).
