You might already know this and I know it's super expensive but you can actually get prosthetics you can wear heels with ? Although I'm sure it would take a fair bit of getting used to
Yeah I know, I want to. But it's not that simple to just get them. It's all about what services I'm legible for etc. Also depends on my ability etc. it's definitely something I'll be looking into in the future.

How's life been since your accident ?
Ummm yeah it's had it's ups and downs. My walking has definitely improved drastically but there has been a lot of complications along the way. To be perfectly honest, I'm really looking forward to seeing the end of this year and start a new year fresh without any drama's (hopefully)

I'm an amputee too,rigth leg over the knee,I just wanted to ask usually how you like to wear to be out?In my case I lose my leg when I was 6 and I prefer to be out with some shorts,flip flops(well one at least)and obviously my nude stump...
Ok wow, this is really weird. I don't understand why it matters? And it actually makes me uncomfortable to answer this. It's obviously gonna be different for everyone. But I always wear my leg except at home or at bed time.

Did you try on many other dresses first ??
Well, I didn't really have a partner until like a month before the deb. So like a week after I finally got a partner I went deb dress shopping. I went to 3 different shops in one day and tried on about 3-5 dresses in each shop. In the end, I only liked 2 dresses. The one I loved the most and really wanted cost $1000+ and there was so way my mum would pay for it, then the second one I liked the most looked nice and stuff and was about $700 but I knew a friend who was selling their deb dress second hand cheaper then both of those dresses and was better made quality then both of them and I liked it, so I ended up getting my friends second hand dress.
