• Afternoons - A vegetable stir fry, or homemade vegetable soup, or a wrap with veggies in it, fruit & water ?
• Dinner - Literally just carbohydrates such as potatoes and rice with veggies and a big bowl of salad ???
Ps: NO meat, animal by products such as dairy, eggs or gelatin. Animals are friends, not food ? Keep in mind - NO CALORIE RESTRICTION ! ?
• Exercises - Cycle everyday, then do situps, russian twists, planks, etc straight afterwards ??♀️ If I'm feeling extra motivated I'll also go for long jog ??♀️?
