Well I ate a bag of pasta for dinner and I used to not be able to eat a single piece of pasta without hysterically crying and having a crazy A$$ panic attack if that counts for anything (Almost completely yeah). I still have off days where I can't stand to look in the mirror, and it will probably always be that way. But I love my body and myself. I have control of my anxiety and depression (which is seldom existent) and for the most part am completely infatuated with life which is something I never thought I would ever experience again :)
