Hey, I think you are a great rider and such, but I am a little concerned, Max's second time jumping and you're jumping like grade 4? not a good idea, you can f*** a horse, work on it slowly, he has to build the muscles for it. :) All the best x
It was 2 or 3 jumps, and he did do a few very small pre grade 5 show jumps before this so it wasn't straight into it and I was under supervision also by people who deal with young horses and break them in. It's not like was jumping for hours on him everyday. I have people around me helping me so get the best out of this horse. He's dong pole work 2 or 3 times a week also.
