How do you get taller?
Your genes affect a lot of things, during Puberty in both males and Females many characters change as u release more and more Hormones and grow. In males, Testosterone is released; Height, Facial Hair, Pubic Hair and uhmm ~~D*ck Size~~ are one of the things that get affected as u hit Puberty; however in females (Estrogen is released) this is a little complicated and isn't linear due to their Gender specific gene alleles and sets. (`XX` u must've studied this in 9th or 10th std)
In males-
First make sure u eat healthy*
To force it out u need to release testosterone mainly before puberty since Puberty drives the basic hormonal release.
best way to do that is to train legs heavily and mast*rbate regularly (not excessively, regularly*)
this will induce a lot of Hormonal release mainly Testosterone, which will cause quick expression of what your "Height" in your Allele's Gene is. (will obviously cause other characters to also increase that is - In males Height, Facial Hair, Pubic Hair and D*ck Size)
In females-
First make sure u eat healthy*
This is actually pretty complicated and does not work as linear as characters in male beings. the hormonal release here targets a wider section of the body ranging from Height and Body hair to $exual Development.
Training legs and regular mast*rbation can however help in more hormonal release, but I'm not a specialist and since female bodies around hormones are complicated I would not supply more information on this, because I can be wrong here.
TL;DR - whether u are male of female u should Train legs and try to regularly mast*rbate. (don't overdo it at all it can be devastating)

Sleep till 12 PM, get fresh, eat, just relax, then I hit the gym or maybe run. the I come back home eat heavy sht again, then I come online and mostly play games or just chill out with friends till 2 past midnight or maybe even late and that's the time I would utilize to also complete my work or study if I need to.

There are many, FNAF series, Doom series, some Competitive shooters, but If I really had to choose just one...
it has to be Shovel Knight, no doubt. I first played 'Shovel Knight - Shovel of Hope' when I was 7, My Best Friend introduced me to that game. and it was the First and one of the best 2D platformers I've ever played.
The Story is just on point, nothing too complicated, with lore involved.
Gameplay wise, Enjoyable. (will obviously get boring after several re-runs)
Characters, fcking awesome. every single Dialogue was just soo good, it completely portrayed how the characters were.
(My Fav. is ofc the Polar Knight and the Spectre Knight [Maybe the Enchantress too])
