Advice for someone who wants to lose weight?
Regular exercise and eat healthier, if you're gonna eat carbs (bread pasta etc) do it early in the day and try to eat a light dinner (salad, soup). instead of snackin on junk food try to eat some fruit or nuts instead! And its good to excercise everyday even if it's just a half an hour run or walk :) losing weight takes a while so dont give up if you can't see any difference after a couple of weeks x
