Keep yourself busy. Not too busy, because then you'll probably get stressed, but make sure you have enough going on. If you're an extrovert, this applies even more. Of course, everyone knows that being physically active is healthy, but what you might not know is that it keeps you happy.
Watch a sad movie. Sometimes you feel good after crying for someone else. Watch something sweet like "Titanic", or other romance movies.
