Because in a same *ex relationship were both females obviously. I'm someone who is rather gender fluid, I don't believe there should be such a great stereotype as to what is classed as male or female clothes. If someone wants to wear a dress and make up than a suit or more musculine clothes than so be it. I wear what I feel comfortable in.
