Worst Mistake You ' ve ever Made ?

Hmm, that's a tough one. I actually made the worst mistake yesterday. When I jumped out of my moms car I didn't check if my niece(4) had jumped out so I SLAMMED the door and next thing I heard her screaming and realised I had slammed the door on her fingers and hurt her REALLY badly.
