i don't really know to be honest, i haven't been eating half the shi* i used to eat and i think folklor 2 times a week just helped with the exercise element. I'm actually really proud :') <3

if you're still exercising keep it up! A good lo carb meal , would be chicken and vegies, fish and salad. Just letting you know, so by the time you're at least 20 or 19 you're gonna have a rocking body, keep it up. Love you <3
