Nothing is ever that bad to hurt yourself . There is always someone that cares and no matter how sad you are self harm should never be the option. I have been in that bad place many times before and I have now realized that it's not ok. Learn to look at life as a gift and don't ever take advantage of that. There is always someone who cares .
