Well that depends, are you still friends with them? If not then just ignore them, cut them out of your life, don't have anything to do with them, don't even look at them. Bury the memories in the darkest corners of your mind. It's hard to just dispose memories but they'll fade away through time, you just need to constantly be making new memories with the people that make you happy.
