What would you eat?
For breakfast lunch & tea?
And what workouts do you do at gym? Sorry about all the questions just amazed!

For breakfast either like rye or whole grain toast whole grain weatbix or fruits smoothies a yoghurt, for lunches rye salad wrap or lots of cut up fruits and veg with some form of protien and for dinner what ever my mum cooks just steer clear of like potatoes and stuff and for workouts when I'm not doing personal training bike for 20 mins on level 7 cross trainer for 8mins on level 5 and as long as I can go on the stairs and then just ab stuff! Hope that helps!

How did you lose so much weight! You look amazing. Any tips?

Thank you so much! Alot of hard work but it was definitely worth it :) just not eating **** and personal training 2 times a week and just going to the gym and doing high intensity cardio workouts :)
