I don't think it's either? Genetics are things passed down through the family, and it's not a choice either, you can't choose to be gay unless you're looking for attention, I think it's just who you are, you were born gay, and society tells you to grow up liking the opposite *ex, and I think through your life, when you're ready to embrace who you are, you realise. But that's only one opinion!
