If you really hate it that much, talk to your friends about it, let them encourage you to lose a little bit of weight, but you need to learn to love youself first, and if loosing weight will make it easier for you then, do it, and its summer!! dont be scared to put your mind to it, its awesome weather to go for a run or walk, just keep it up! (: be healthy, think possitve and you will get possitve results!
