Not once, did i ever post on social media about my state. you do NOT need others telling you not to hurt yourself. You have built up in your mind that you need that. I'm unwell too Libby, but i don't go off telling everyone about it.
As I said in the last response that's your situation not mine. If you have depression too and know all about what happens to a person with it you should know that everyone's different and copes in different ways. I would appreciate if I wasn't put down for trying to deal with my problems. Someone with depression should be more sensitive to how others feel and not try and tell me what I need or don't need

you have no idea who i am, nor will you ever. I was diagnosed with depression about a year ago, i was sent to Albert Rd medical clinic where i lived for over a month.
Well that's your situation not mine so don't pretend like you know my problems or what I need or what I think or feel. Everyone struggle is different and you should know that

Yeh it is attention seeking i know that. Sometimes when you feel like this you just need someone to tell/show you that you mean something so that you don't do anything silly. I wouldn't expect everyone to understand that but you shouldn't be so rude to someone who's obviously not well
