Thanks for messaging me. First of all, never say never. I hate, and I mean HATE Justin Bieber, but I do believe that no one should ever use the word "never" negatively. Because anything's possible. Even the word "impossible" says "im-possible". Secondly, the fact that he dated so many prettier girls does not affect your chances with him. Thirdly, maybe try getting a little flirty with him. Drop a few hints here and there that you like him, and see how he responds. Now, if your good friend likes him, maybe talk to her about it. I can't really help you with this part, because everyone shares a different friendship. If you believe that you shouldn't date a guy because your bestfriend likes him, then go with that. Its different for everyone. However, I think you should talk to your good friend, and let her know how you feel about this boy too. In my experience, if the guy does like you back, date him.
