everyone goes through things differently and I don't know you so please inbox me if you want to talk about it. simply put, your mind is in a negative space, it could be telling you you're all alone but you have to basically 'shut it off' not completely just on pause. go do something you love, mine has always been drawing. distract yourself from that way of thinking. go for a walk, get yourself out of your room or your same boring routine, you will regret it if you don't. please stay strong, it will get better. actually inbox me if you need because I don't know what you're going through and that may not have helped at all xxx
