because unlike actual drugs, herb is not man made. sure people add on chemicals, but in its natural form, its just a plant made naturally, just like any other plants you see. crack caine, heroine and meth are made by a human being mixing chemicals together. sure there\'s some natural chemicals in them, but its mostly not. ya sure a lot of people consider it a drug, but i have my own view on herb, and i do not believe it should be labeled as a drug
