i barley even eat anyways so ya just make sure you eat healthy things obviously and i go swimming whenever i can (unlike everyone else in dubai i dont have a pool/gym in my garden/compound/apartment block) i do sit ups every morning and night, other exercises idk what they are called but ya ok bye good luck and im sure you dont need to lose weight cos youre already skinny
