well I get bored of the gym really easily, so I went sometimes for about an hour like 3 times a week, then I stopped cz I was bored
Then I used wii fit (cringe I know) but it did help loads, and occasionally I did home exercises like sit ups and press ups and stuff like that
and I also had a really really strict diet of pretty much no food lolol

how did you lose so much weight?
Well in ramadan I practically stopped eating because it made me feel so sick all the time, so I lost some weight over that, and it sort of became a habit and I haven't really been eating much since then...I practically only have lunch during the day /: and I exercise some times...like twice or 3 times a week
But please don't do what I did and not eat because I regret it so much now since its made me so sick the past few days xxx
