HARD QUESTION. probably monogatari series, puella magi madoka magica, yuri kuma arashi and i really like some moe and yugioh. short answer that's popular: meduka meguca.
long answer: it really depends and i get into things depending on how big the community is, and i talk about things that are popular more. Internet me with social media, me with real life and friends, internet me with 4chan, chicken smoothie and tumblr are DIFFERENT personalities. meduka meguca, and monogatari are well known in english speaking countries but in japan osomatsu san and doraemon are more well known in rural areas.
i have diff favs for diff languages but tl;dr? monogatari and pmmm are my favs, ubt i do watch comedy and moe like hanaymata and osomatsu since theyre less "edgy" yet interesting.
