well monday i do a kickboxing class for 45 mins, tuesday i have netball training, wednesday i do a class that's 30min weights for legs, arms and back and then 30m class that works on abs and b*m/thighs, then some fridays I do 30m cardio class and 30m weights and saturday i play netball!!!!

haha thanks but well basically I eat whatever I want, I just try not to eat bad foods often, aaand I go gym mondays, wednesdays and some fridays and play netball tuesday and saturday and that's about it!!!!!!
