What do you do to workout?
Like I really want to, but not in a gym or publicly,
Just a daily routine workout and kinds of foods and liquids to intake as well

Yeah,well working out in public or at gyms isn't really necessary, so you're good! I honestly just create workout sheets and set an alarm for a certain time to do it. For example: 10 squats,10 push-ups,10 burpees, 10 sit ups and 10 stair climbs. And then I'll do a plank for a minute. And then when I'm done those, I'll do: 9 squats, 9 push-ups, 9 burpees, 9 sit ups, and 9 stair climbs and descend on and on. It's just an example. Do something you know you can do and something appropriate and that your body can handle. And I eat healthy things like fruits,vitamins,protein, and all those things necessary. Playing sports to keep yourself occupied helps too. Don't drink juices too sugary and just watch the sugars and sodium in meals. I'm not a calorie counter, but you can watch those if you want to too.
