i wasn’t overweight, but i didn’t like how i looked. i felt disgusted with myself. to be real for a moment i loathed myself. i had put myself on countless diets, i had starved myself at one point and i continuously exercised. and doing all of that made me unhappy, yeah it gave me a nice body. and phew am i happy that’s over now.
but i still do exercise and i don’t starve myself or go on diets, i just don’t eat sweets anymore.

I bought a membership from their app that you can find available on the IOS app store(not yet sure if available for Andriod) but their routines are amazing and it makes me feel utterly pleasent and energized after finishing one of their custom workouts.
