Would you give a homeless person CPR if they were dying? Why or Why not?
I doubt it. I can perform CPR, but it'd be fun to watch them struggle, I think. I'd likely be overcome with a disregard, and also the well known "bystander apathy" would likely come to me. It doesn't matter that they're homeless-- even if it was Bill Gates having a heart attack I'd not lift a finger. People are just people. The "homeless" part shouldn't be included.
