Oh wow pressure. Only because I have watched this person sing even before I was in high school and she is legit a Taylor Swift duplicate, I would say Bianca Heard. Her voice is amazing and I would kill to have a voice like hers. But if I had to choose the top 3 voices, it would of been the amazing trio of Bianca Heard, Jaquie Fields and Jess Meneeher (sorry if I spelt her name wrong).
