Do you have any advice for getting motivated to do art and to improve and practice?
Ooh this is a very good question !
1. I don't have any idea how motivation works. More recently I've been a little more numb than usual but generally if I find a rly nice ref pic it'll motivate me or I just do something out of boredom/spite for not doing something. Other times I hoard up sketches/ lineart and color later bc sometimes when I color one thing I'm like "oh it's time for INCREASED ART" idk
2. ik everyone says this but references n stuff are always good ! And sometimes when I feel like my art is kind of lacking I'll try someone else's style and every so often I pick up something that just ends up working way better than what I had before. But idk don't just straight up thief their whole style bc personally I think that's kinda boring and you can mess up stuff way faster / worse RIP
Practice - I try to draw stuff I haven't drawn before. Newer pose, mostly animals / bugs I think are neat. I want to draw more like.. items n things. Like I've been doing a few stuffed animals but I wanna draw like chairs and landscapes and trees and cups n stuff

I once got this really cool bouncy ball, it was clear with metallic orange glitter. I threw it really hard at the floor and it smashed all over

I have a lot of characters whoops but the Main Boys™ are:
Toshen/Tosh- the short, lighter haired cat dude with the cloak
Cassimer/Cass - taller cat dude with dark hair and the tie
Dekard - the green dude with black hair
Hedrit - psuedo furry
Phiora - blue guy with black hair
Edward/Mr. Olsen - yellow elf looking dude
Tosh, Dekard, and Hedrit are a team lead by Phiora. Mr. Olsen is their boss. It's like a temp service for questionably legal activities in space :,)
