How is your sleep rhythm going?
Any tips for falling asleep easier?

Well I went to sleep at 5AM last night and woke up at 9AM so that pretty much sums up my sleep schedule ?

I'm probably not the best person to ask about sleep advice, but meditative breathing sometimes helps me with that. I can't explain it very well, but there are a lot of good instructional videos on yt and it's a pretty easy concept to grasp, so you can try that if you'd like ?✨
