Professional help can be scary, but it's worth it. They're professional for a reason, and there honestly is nothing to be scared of. They don't judge and they are really there to help you. If you don't want to go alone, take someone you trust.
If professional help really isn't an option you can anonymously call a help line. There are a lot. Or just talk to someone you trust. Bottling things up never is a good idea.
