How did you loose so much weight
Umm i first lost weight by exercising a lot for 3 months straight at the end of year 7 and lost 7kg (also because i had a growth spurt) and then i got rly sick with tonsilitis and i progressively lowered my food because my tonsils kept growing in my mouth (which would make me choke if i had solid foods) so that happened for a month and then i had my operation so i lost weight through that which was bad and i also had a resonably large growth spurt
