is your career being a fashion designer, if so, is the process of becoming one hard?
yes !! i do hope to pursue my career as a designer, and start out my own label "SALIENT" however it does take a lot of hard work and effort in order to become successful but its the same with any career. The key is persistence and perseverance and a even a little support will help you get by. I feel as if the course is harder itself when it comes to this industry and if you have the mind strength and patience it will come to you. Although tbh I do feel at times like giving up or assuming i wont get a job out of this but im not gonna lie, i still enjoy and have the passion and i know there is plenty opportunities out there for me even if it means moving to another country. If its not being a designer, i do hope to stay in the fashion industry.. whether its patternmaking, illustration, teaching or whatever. The time will come... If you wish to follow my steps i suggest for you to work hard, gain connections with people in the industry and go above and beyond! you'll be surprised what your creative mind and hands can do on a pen and paper. no matter how hard you think anything is, dont ever give up
