I eat a muesli bar for lunch since I'm never really hungry in the morning . For tea I will either have healthy packet pasta , a wrap , a sandwich , or a weight watchers meal hahaha . I'm really strict with what I eat . And yes I do run :) I have a work out that I do nightly x
