If you had a choice of two guys: an overweight guy with the best personality and the nicest person around. Or, a "model" type that is obnoxious and doesn't tolerate much. Who would you choose to date?
Well, obviously the overweight guy is the *right* answer; I have no issue with someone being overweight, but I have an issue with the *the nicest guy around* in all honesty, no-one wants the "nicest" guy around... This is because: the nicest guy will always be around, he's nice to everyone- so you'd never feel that special with him; because even if you're more than *just friends* there's no real benefit. The nicest guy is a doormat- people treat him kinda badly because he's nice, so generally a bit of a pushover so they can... This devalues "the nice guy" way more than anything physical. What's more, no one wants to date "the nice guy" because really, who wants to fight with the nice guy? That makes you always the bad-guy in default, people will think you're horrible for ever fighting with him- because hey, he's the nice guy- you should be so lucky, right? Also, no one wants to break up with the nice guy- then you're the mega ***** & you'll always look bad because you'll never compare to "the nice guy". Also, I've had the obnoxious *model* type- I'm not one for to tolerate bull**** or someone whose boring but pretty to look at. I choose... No one.
