It depends. Ive tried growing them back already and they came back fine. But i hated them so i shaved them again haha.

I shaved them off :) I was sick of always plucking and one day I'd wanna have them one shape, then the other day another.. And I just got sick of how low and short they were on my face. So I shaved them! And I love doing so! Because now I can have them however I want! :)
