Stare at yourself in the mirror everyday and point out good qualities you have. if you don't think you have any, look at the things that arent particularily bad, like ur nose for example, it may not be kira knightley perfect, but at least its not joan rivers mousey or the grinch's hill crooked! look at these goo things and try to find the beauty in them. then, adore them. it feels self indulgent but hey, you deserve to feel good about yourself! be positive about your image and remember it doesnt matter what others say or think or you, because at the end of the day YOUR the one who has to answer to your feelings and if they s*ck, you'll get more tears than sleep. Tbh, the general public doesnt stop for you, once you realise you need to rely on yourself to be happy, then what others think becomes easyer to deal with because it'll be of less value to you :) xx
