I feel slight confused about that...I mean, in a sense, they come hand in hand. For people who think like this, I'm not going to try and change your views as everyone is entitled to their own opinion...but I do wonder how you can not have a problem with homo*exuality but still feel against the idea of same *ex marriage. I would love to know how same-*ex marriage affects those who aren't planning on going through that process. Why should a minority of people be subjected to rules which are unfair and an injustice to basic human rights. We have the right to love whoever we want. The Australian government are doing an injustice to same-*ex couples who want to have the same right to wed as any other hetero*exual couple. By excluding same-*ex couples from this right, it's could be described as a form of discrimination. Imagine if the Australian government didn't allow someone of a certain "colour" to be wed. There would be public outrage. However, when it comes to something as simple as which gender a person loves, the government turn a blind eye and disagree with the views and opinions of many Australian citizens.
