Gyrase: loosens strands? (untightens)
Helicase: breaks hydrogen bonds, and unzips the strands to create leadin and lagging strand.
PIII: adds free floating nucleotides to leading starnd in 5' to 3' direction.
Prymase: adds primer to lagging strand and okzaki fragments.
PI: then replaces these primers with nucleotodes. making it rna to dna.
PIII: then binds these nucleotides together....
and the 2 new semi conservative anti parallel strands are wound and tightened to create the strands.
