Thank you angel,♥ it's taken me 5 months. I changed the way I eat and I started exercising... I pushed myself. I'm vegetarian so that helps not eat much junk food. But if you do go vegetarian please find your protein because I didn't and it started making me sick. If you going to exercise, try drink at least 1 litre of water a day. If you want to know more honestly I say read. There are so many exercises and food planners. I can't give you my exercise planner because I might work things that you don't. So just try find what's best for you.

Yes I believe that we should be challenged. If everyone thought there own belief's were 100 percent right, there would be no questions and it's good to have questions. Sometimes people just belive something because that's what they read or were taught. It's good to have your own beliefs and it's also good to be question about them.
