go on instagram and look at people with the same body type as youu, people like with alot of followers and i mean like popular people? like i enjoyy @theashleygraham 's feed and to see her so posetive about her body also thought me to love myself and my body?
and also, post what you want on instagram, full body pics and just show off your beautiful body?
and when you stop shamimg other body types ive noticed that you gain more self confidence? its a weird concept but it works
