Shinzo Beta was a character created by a judgment guy.
His character was a naruto verse Azure dragon.
His character could transform into a big powerful dragon that was on par with Kaido from one piece.
All of his friends could transform Into dragons, some weak and some godmode like, it just didn't fit the concept of naruto.
He did nothing but run his mouth belittling other naruto users, where he called everyone thiefs. His friends created drama and turned couples against one another. They did nothing beneficial for the naruto verse. Him and his friends pretty much bullied everyone except for those role-playing in the Haze village, Snow village, and Cave village became those 3 villages closed their borders and didn't allow outsiders to befriend their users.

The DA thought it was enough to get a arrest warrant, against a roleplayer. The DA went to a judge and the judge issued it.
The roleplayer didn't live in the state that the arrest warrant was issued in, and the roleplayer didn't commit a crime in that state.
They used inaccurate information to issue a arrest warrant. The arrest warrant was tossed out and a $50,000 lawsuit was filed by that roleplayer against the sheriff's office. The sheriff's office was found in court to be in the wrong, and was ordered to pay $50,000 or fire detective Shawna for gross misconduct and for false imprisonment. The sheriff's office choose to terminated her.

What is the difference between a RP original and someone who isn't a RP original? And why is it that I started RP in 2002 but I'm not considered a original. People who started after me are considered one.
The difference is in how you treat other users, including people you don't like.

The nightfires and their friends had every opportunity to fight him in a roleplay fight and end his troublemaking.

Instead they choose to do nothing but blame incident people who hated sayatoshi too.
They didn't fight him, they didn't challenge him. They didn't have a sit down talk with Sayatoshi to get him to stop. Instead they just blamed and attacked incident people. Which makes them bona-fided class 2 bullies.
In the end it was a victim of their bull crap who Finally had enough of it. That single person challenged Sayatoshi to a fight and won.
Those people are just toxic drama causing jerks who make people want to slice their own necks. We don't like them.

She was visiting her family in Illinois when the Illinois sheriff's department called her about coming in and talking.
She went in and spoke to the sheriff's department and then left Illinois and went home to Arizona
Where the crime was being committed again.

Illinois then issued a state of Illinois vs ryan warrant.
Once they learned that the crime was never taking place in Illinois, the judge throw out the warrant.

i finally found the rp between noburu and sayatoshi it really is an awesome battle between those two it's sad how things ended and everyone who read it really understood who noboru really is as a person

It's a shame people didn't take the time to get to truly know him.
Sayatoshi was a master at disguise, so 10 of 10 times people thought they where talking to Noboru, when in reality they were talking to Sayatoshi. Noboru was on a different plane, a different region of the RP sites, a place where people couldn't go unless they where invited. So sonji and his whole gang of misfits never got to speak to Noboru because they where not the choice ones. They where not pure of heart, and offered nothing to the RP universe other then drama. So the only person they got to interact with was sayatoshi and his mere band of copy lovers.
When Noboru finally decided to act, he left the great plane, and confronted his adopted brother Sayatoshi in a battle that last 12 days. At the end of that 12 day battle, sayatoshi was imprisoned in the same way that kayaya was imprisoned by naruto and sasuke. Noboru then went back to the great plane. It's an amazing RP story with an beautiful ending. That's why no one sees Sayatoshi anymore. The person behind sayatoshi is over in My Hero Academia causing mischief. While the person behind Noboru is still playing as Noboru with his happy family.

I argued that my cilent has not done any of those things to the so called victim. But the victim did those things to my cilent.
The judge looked at everything and decided to dismiss my cilents case.
And the judge ordered the District prosecutor to contact the sheriff's department in the other state and have the sheriff's department there file charges against the so called victim.
Right now the so called victim is sitting in county lockup pending arrangement.

Took his photos off of his own Facebook and put them on this account she made.
Each photo that she took, she edited a image of a di*do - next to his lips.
On one photo is a image of a noose hanging from a tree
Tiffany swears to the police she never told him "to go die"
But the photo of him with a noose rope hanging from a tree that was edited by her.
And the fact that this account has only her as a friend.
Points to the police that it was made by her, and looking at that photo tells the police that she lied.
She can't seem to come up with any proof that she actually told Brian to stop talking about her.

A associate is someone who goes to police stations and has investigation interviews conducted on them. They stir police, detectives and DA away from members and away from Tartaros. They agree to take the fall for any legal crime that members do. Tartaros has a whole pays for all lawyer and court fees and pays associates $2000 for every court case they agree to take on.
If associates are ordered not to use electronic devices. We give them devices that the police doesn't know about. We give them new cells with new numbers, new tablets and other associates move into their house so police can't narrow down who is using devices. And if police or detectives are watching qooh.me here, we simply move to a chatzy room for the time being. We put the link on our Aniroleplay profile for everyone to see.

What did LOKE do to you?

He infiltrated our infrastructure, as a class 1 member, he committed a few offenses to the general public but as it was found out, his friends aided him in creating faking deletion cases, he got credit for getting 100 people deleted, but it was his friends who deleted their own account, they came back and said that they got deleted for no reason, when they actually deleted their accounts for him to become a class 1 member. They literally faked everything. He then uploaded several massive viruses to our companies servers.
By far that boy was the smartest person who ever opposed Tartaros.
Others have tried law enforcement, home land security, FBI and all failed.
He is the only one who came up with the idea to infiltrate us and do that.
His viruses destroyed 6 of 20 servers that contained character photos, bios and layouts.
His friend Zima Nebo, alerted us of what he was doing and because of her assistance we where able to launch a few virus protectors to stop the virus from destroying anymore servers.
Even though Zima claims she didn't alert us, she actually did by posting Loke in her profile status and what he was doing.
We took immediate action and did a full inquiry.
If the remaining servers where destroyed Tartaros would be official over. The remaining servers contain money information which is what Tartaros needs inorder to function for another 20+ years.

His 25 year old brother broke into their parents home through the downstairs sliding glass door and stole $2700 out their parents fire proof safe and 7 water jugs filled with quarters.

how is that stuff fair to the victim? If your the one who victimizes someone and someone else who has nothing on their record takes the fall, how is that fair to your victim. You can still victimize them.

Imagine you are the police detective, handling this case.
You think/assume that the person before you is the culprit.
But in reality they just a escape goat, volunteering themself to be the fall girl/guy.
The victim is not 100% innocent. The victim is a culprit as well. Using the police in a game of chess to win the game. The person you call the victim is actually the instigator. The instigator is told over and over again to stop.
They are told to stop, they are told to retired and leave and never come back.
They don't do it. They choice to stay and to get revenge. Or they put themselves on the war path to make people go down. And they never win. The victim is never a harmless victim. They created the issue, they created the situation. They where told by "many" to stop 🛑
As the instigator they decide to do something, everyone else decided they wouldn't do and that is to drag law enforcement into a roleplay matter. And make a roleplay matter... real.
So in this case the victim gets no fairness.

wha is the difference between a associate and a member
A member is someone like me, we talk to the public and have jobs inside Tartaros structure.
A associate is someone with a clean record. They have jobs inside Tartaros.
They have no Misdemeanors or Felonies on their record.
If a member was ever charged with a crime, a associate would step up and say "No she or he didn't do it. It was me, I'm the one who did it."
Because their record is clean they get slap on the hand punishments.
I have 3 felonies and 16 misdemeanors on my record so a associate is a lifesaver

What happens to your people when someone files a police report on them and the police charge them?
We pay for a good lawyer, sometimes 2-5 lawyers from the same law firm to represent them.
We get the charges dismissed or dropped down to what is called Delayed Sentence.
"Which means they serve no jail time as long as they obey the terms of Delayed sentence, and when they complete it, it gets taken off their record"
No access to the internet.
No contract with the defendant.
No gun possession
No leaving the state without approval
No changing names
The funny thing is, is sheriff's Departments and court houses don't send people out to investigate and make sure the individual is obeying the terms.
None of our Associates who have been given Delayed Sentence, reported that anyone checked on them. So for the 6months - 12 months that they where on Delayed Sentence. They had access to the internet, possession of firearms, they left the state without approval, they used different names and no one ever checked on them.
While they where on Delayed Sentence, the members of Tartaros continued like nothing happened. We stole from the defendant. Screenshot everything they posted. And continually reported their profile for deletion.

And they are always open to speaking in person to law enforcement.

Did you happen to read the roleplay starter I sent? It was a roleplay for me and a girl doing a joint mission. What are your thoughts?
For one.
She doesn't know what she is talking about.
You put it in the starter several times that you are meeting up with her in the village.
The airship your character is on, is flying to the village.
Your mission is to partner up with Natasha in the village. And to hunt down the rogue warrior together.
So for her to say that your starter makes no sense is ridiculous.
Your characters are from two different sides of the planet. How else are they supposed to meet?
There has to be a back-story into how they each got the mission, what where they doing before the mission was assigned to them. And how is your character going to get there? When he is on the other side of the planet.
Your starter made perfect sense, if that was my roleplay. I would reply with what my character was doing before the mission was assigned and that I am gathering my stuff together while I wait for my partner to arrive. After your reply when you arrive in the village and meet me. Our joint mission would officially begin.
For her - to not even come up with that.....
Speaks volumes that she isn't very creative.
And if she is going around showing your starter to her friends and they can't even think of a way on how to reply, says a lot for their imagination and that she probably never had any intention of actually role-playing with you. I wouldn't be surprised if she made you type it up so she could steal it as her own.
It's not hard to understand what is going on in your starter, you where on a mission and you just got back home and your where ordered to go on another one in a far away land with a allied village. You got your stuff together and jumped on your nation's airship blimp and set course for the her nation....not hard to piece together that your on your way...
All she has to do is type up what she was doing prior to her mission assignment. Did she have a day off, was she on a mission, was she doing things around the village and how she is preparing herself for the mission. Easy.

We code websites and host websites.
We code profile layouts
We sell and edit photos.

Investigation Branch:
We take screenshots of known bully posts.
We report known bully profiles to site admins.
We confiscate bully "anime" photos/ bios/ layouts to be reused for our or a client's purpose(s).
Department #4
Criminal Justice Branch:
This is a special division within Tartaros.
They take the heat, the rap, the criminal record for any crime that Tartaros makes or is accused of making.
They comfort any man or woman who is a victim of anime bullying.
They relocate victims of anime bullying to our private RP website where they can roleplay in peace. Since we are the hosts and owner of our own roleplay website we can ban anyone; including law enforcement agencies ability to gain access to the site.
They take screenshot evidence to sheriff's depts and file police reports, testify on the stand.
Some in the branch are actually law enforcement detectives who will take it to a higher law enforcement agency like Homeland Security.

They handle payroll.
They bail informants and Criminal Justice associates out of jail.
They pay for all laywer fees and court fees.
